About Lampe Sprinklers

July on the High Plains is one long dry test, and a green lawn in Colby in the middle of it is nobody's accident. Lampe Sprinklers works grass through that heat — mowing at the height the season calls for, trimming, edging, and clearing the cuttings before they mat down. Cut too low out here and the sun finds the roots; the craft is in knowing exactly what to leave standing. Done right, the yard stays thick and even while the pasture beyond the fence goes to straw. They cover Colby and the nearby towns of Brewster, Levant, Gem and Rexford.
