About Affordable Lawn Care

Down in the Walnut River bottomland the June dew stands ankle-deep until nine, and the first pass of the day lays a dark stripe across the wet. Affordable Lawn Care takes Augusta a yard at a time — mowing, trimming, edging, and carrying off what the season sheds. There is a plain satisfaction in turf cut level and a sidewalk line so clean it looks drawn with a straightedge. Out past the last block the meadowlarks keep at it while the work gets done. By supper the street reads as tended, and that is the whole ambition.
