Clawson Lawn Care

About Clawson Lawn Care

Late afternoons in Cowley County, the thunderheads stack up white and enormous over the old Cherokee Strip prairie, and everybody with a mower watches the west. Clawson Lawn Care works that window — the hours before the storm, when the light goes gold and the grass is dry enough to cut clean. Mowing, trimming, edging, and hauling off what's left when the wind has finished rearranging a yard: that's the job, week after week, through an Arkansas City summer. There's satisfaction in beating the rain by twenty minutes and leaving a lawn that looks intentional. And after the storm passes, that same lawn comes up greener, which is the prairie's way of saying keep going.
