Randys Tree Service

About Randys Tree Service

In the neighborhood of old brick streets and deep front yards that surrounds Abilene's presidential library grounds, Randys Tree Service clears driveways and walks that see visitors even in the coldest months. Those streets hold their shade differently than the newer edges of town, and a storm that leaves the open plains bare within a day can leave ice lingering here well into the evening. The crew runs an evening pass through this part of Dickinson County specifically for that reason, catching the refreeze before it sets up hard overnight. Out toward the edge of Abilene, where the wind has open ground to build across, the same storm plays out completely differently, and the routes split accordingly. Working both sides of that divide, the sheltered old streets and the wind-scoured new ones, is what a winter here actually requires.
