Pop's Lawn Care Pros

About Pop's Lawn Care Pros

Late day is the good hour in Washington, when the light goes long and low across the ball diamonds and the cicadas start up in the tree line. Pop's Lawn Care Pros likes finishing then, the last pass laid down while front porches fill and somebody's sprinkler ticks two doors over. The work is honest and specific: cut the grass at a proper height, trim the corners a mower cannot reach, edge the drive, clear the clippings. Daviess County summers stretch on and on, and a lawn kept on schedule through them stays thick instead of thin and scorched. Pulling away from a yard that looks cared for is its own kind of payday.
