About Art & Sons Excavating llc

Center Lake holds its ice quiet and gray through the heart of a Kosciusko County winter, and the streets that ring it near downtown Warsaw are some of the first Art & Sons Excavating llc clears each morning. The county courthouse sits just blocks off the water, and the crew works outward from that square through neighborhoods that back right up to the lake's frozen edge. Warsaw earned its old nickname as the city of lakes honestly — more than a hundred of them scattered through the county — and every one breathes its own extra cold onto the streets nearby. December mornings here mean scraping down to pavement before the ice beneath the snow can grab hold. By first light, the loop around Center Lake is clear enough that the dog-walkers are already back out on it.
