About Goetz Landscaping

In June the roses at Ogden Gardens are at their loudest, and by six in the evening the whole north side of town smells like cut grass. Goetz Landscaping is part of that smell — mowing, trimming and edging the streets above downtown, week in and week out while the days run long. A lawn here puts on growth in a hurry after a warm rain, and holding the right height is what keeps it thick instead of scalped. The pleasure is all in the finish: a crisp line at the sidewalk, nothing left on the walk, everything squared away before dusk settles over the block.
