About Prox Lawn Care Inc

The old National Road still runs dead straight through Terre Haute, and just after sunrise the light comes down it like it has somewhere to be. Prox Lawn Care Inc keeps to that hour — mowers off the trailer, trimmer humming along the walk, the first pass laid down while dew still beads on the blades. Vigo County turf grows fast in the July damp and slows to almost nothing by late October, so the deck rises for the dry weeks and the edges get cut sharp for fall. The whole point is the moment a yard turns from shaggy to finished: one true line where grass meets driveway. In a town whose name means high ground, that is a good thing to leave behind on a street.
