Cutting Edge Lawn & Landscape

About Cutting Edge Lawn & Landscape

The first cut of the year in Saint John lands on a cool morning when the dew is still down and the newer sidewalks along the subdivision streets are dark with it. Cutting Edge Lawn & Landscape opens the season there — mowing off the winter shag, then walking the edger down the concrete until the line between turf and walk is sharp enough to read from the corner. Trimming follows, around light posts and downspouts and the young maples that every new street in this part of Lake County seems to plant. A lawn cut and edged properly reads as intention, and it shows from the street long before anyone steps onto it. Week by week through the growing season, these blocks stay held to that line.
