About Makenzies Lawn Care

A covered bridge carries the road over the St. Joseph River at Spencerville, and on a still June morning the water slides slow and brown beneath its old timbers. Makenzies Lawn Care tends the lawns of this small DeKalb County community. Every pass is level, the edge along each walk is precise, and the cuttings are swept off so the yard is left looking settled. There is a patience to a place with a bridge this old, and the work here matches it. Unhurried and thorough, it leaves Spencerville's lawns looking the way a summer morning feels.
