About SPM - Stidhams Property Management

Monday morning, Crawfordsville Road is already moving, and somewhere along the route a truck pulls in for the day's first mow. SPM - Stidhams Property Management looks after whole properties rather than one lawn at a time — rentals, small commercial lots, the strips of turf and planting bed nobody notices until they go ragged. Mowing, trimming, edging, mulch, hedge work and seasonal cleanups all run on a schedule, because a place with several addresses only looks cared for if every one of them does. Speedway in October means leaves banking against curbs and parking blocks, and the route takes that on too, week after week, until the lots come clear. Order maintained is quieter than order created, and it's the entire point.
