About NIESHAS SERVICES LLC

Main Street in Speedway is only a few blocks long, a strip of small shops and diners that sits in the shadow of the biggest single-day sporting event in the country, and on a January morning after a snowfall it's about as quiet as this town ever gets. NIESHAS SERVICES LLC works those blocks and the residential streets around them before the shop owners arrive to unlock their doors, clearing sidewalks and driveways so the first customers of the day aren't the first ones to leave footprints in the snow. It's unglamorous work at an hour when most of Speedway is still asleep, plow blade and shovel doing the job that nobody notices unless it doesn't get done. Winters here can swing wildly — a dry cold snap one week, six wet inches the next — and this crew adjusts the route accordingly, hitting the driveways that need it most first. By the time Main Street's lights come on for the day, the walk to every door along it has already been taken care of.
