About Stevens Property Services Lawn & Landscaping

By mid-October the big maples along West Washington let go all at once, and the porches over in Chapin Park sit ankle-deep in yellow. Stevens Property Services Lawn & Landscaping spends those weeks moving leaves — off the turf, out of the beds, away from the walks — until a yard looks swept rather than merely raked. The rest of the year the work runs steadier: mowing on a weekly line, trimming and edging, fresh mulch laid in spring so every bed carries a clean dark border straight through August. Fertilizing and seasonal cleanups round it out, one end of the calendar to the other, on the same streets year after year. There is a particular satisfaction in a lawn that still looks tended in November, when almost nothing else in South Bend does.
