About Ron Willis Construction Co

Down in the Renaissance District, where the old Studebaker plant's brick buildings are still being reworked floor by floor, a construction crew can't afford to lose a morning to snow nobody bothered to clear. Ron Willis Construction Co knows that math from the inside — a jobsite buried overnight means late deliveries, blocked equipment, and a schedule that slips further behind the longer it stays covered. That same practical urgency carries over into the snow removal side of the business: driveways and lots opened up fast and cleanly, the kind of work a builder does without ceremony because the next task is already waiting. South Bend winters bring their own construction schedule of a kind, storms rolling through that can shut a site down for half a day if nobody's out ahead of them. This crew treats a snow-covered lot the same way it treats a stalled foundation pour — get it moving again, and get back to the real work underneath it.
