About Snow,Leaf&Grass LLC

Along the streets near West Washington, where the old maples still drop enough leaves every October to bury a curb, the same trees that shade a South Bend summer become the reason a driveway needs clearing twice before winter even sets in properly. Snow,Leaf&Grass LLC picks up where the rake leaves off, moving from the last leaf pass of the year straight into the first plow run without much of a pause in between. It's a strange stretch of the calendar in this part of Indiana — one week still raking, the next scraping frost off the windshield before a dawn snowfall — and this crew works both ends of it on the same properties, the same driveways, the same short walk to the same front door. The St. Joseph River keeps bending south through downtown regardless of which task is on the schedule, brown and full in November, edged with ice by December. There's a kind of continuity in a crew that handles a yard's whole year instead of just its harder months, showing up with a rake in October and a plow blade by Christmas.
