About 10.7 Property Solutions LLC

Snow arrives in Oronoko Charter Township by the inch, and inches are what this work gets counted in. Lake Michigan sits a dozen miles west, and when the wind swings northwest the sky over the township goes white and stays that way for hours. 10.7 Property Solutions LLC works the dark end of those mornings — plowing driveways and lots, clearing walkways, putting salt on the slick places before the first commuter reaches the road. There is a plain satisfaction in a drive opened all the way down to the pavement, banks squared off, nothing left to guess at. By the time the orchards out toward Berrien Center catch the first gray light, the route is finished and the township is moving again.
