Wampner Lawn Care

About Wampner Lawn Care

There's a week in late winter when the county roads past Waldron and St. Paul finally lose their ice and the ditches run loud with meltwater — the first honest hint that Shelby County is coming back. Wampner Lawn Care starts there, clearing away what the winter piled into the beds and fence lines, raking the matted spots loose, taking the season's first cut as soon as the ground will carry it. From then on it's steady work: mowing, trimming, edging, weeds kept down, cleanups again when the leaves come. A lawn brought carefully out of dormancy greens up faster and evener than one left to figure it out alone. Around Shelbyville, that's how a good year starts.
