About NatureWorks Lawn & Landscaping

The sycamores along Blue River Memorial Park go pale and papery in September, and that's the signal — the season for feeding a lawn rather than just cutting it. NatureWorks Lawn & Landscaping spends those weeks pulling cores out of tired ground, spreading seed into the openings, putting down fertilizer while the nights cool and the roots are still hungry. Mowing continues on its schedule, cleanups clear what the wind brings down. The turf takes it in quietly, and by the following May it comes back with a depth of color you can see from the street. Shelbyville soil will give you a great lawn; it just asks to be asked at the right time of year.
