Adkins Lawn Care

About Adkins Lawn Care

Down where the Big Blue River loops past the edge of town, June evenings arrive slowly — the air thick and green-smelling, fireflies lifting out of the grass just as the last pass is finished. Adkins Lawn Care keeps its rhythm through those long summer weeks, when a lawn can want cutting again four days after you left it. Mowing, trimming around fence lines and mailbox posts, shaping hedges back before they swallow a window, keeping weeds out of the beds. The reward comes at dusk: a lawn cut level and even, holding the low gold light like water. Shelbyville summers are generous, and it takes steady hands to keep up with them.
