Rob's Tree Service

About Rob's Tree Service

Scottsburg keeps a full green square at its center, and the trees standing on it set the standard for every lawn in Scott County. Rob's Tree Service does the removals that old shade eventually requires, plus the trimming that pulls a limb back from a porch roof it has no business over. Pruning in the dormant weeks is cut for the long view — for what the tree will be five summers on. Storms come up out of the southwest over the knobs and can drop a whole crown into a backyard; the cleanup that follows takes the wood away and leaves the grass. Hard to beat the moment somebody comes home to a yard that is just a yard again.
