Rick’s Lawn Care

About Rick’s Lawn Care

By October the county roads out toward Moscow and its covered bridge run under a ceiling of yellow, and every Rushville lawn is carrying more leaf than grass. Rick's Lawn Care follows the season down: mowing later and lower as growth slows, trimming the ragged corners back, clearing leaves off the turf so it can breathe through the cold months. There is a particular pleasure in the last cut of the year — the beds edged, the walk swept, the whole property squared away before the first hard frost comes across the open fields. Then spring arrives and the same yards get opened right back up. That rhythm is the entire job, and it suits this corner of the county.
