About Above The Roots Lawn Care

Underneath Richmond's Main Street the Whitewater Gorge opens like a seam in the world, limestone ledges holding fossils older than anything that has ever grown here. Above The Roots Lawn Care keeps the green that sits on top of all that stone — the bluff yards, the corner lots, the long grass aprons that spill toward the gorge trail. The work is mowing and edging and string trimming, plus the seasonal cleanups that clear a yard down to bare, breathing ground. There is real satisfaction in the first pass of the season, when the winter mat lifts away and the turf remembers what it is. Richmond grows on old rock; the grass above it deserves a steady hand.
