About Simmons Landscaping and Supply

By October the ballfields at Imagination Glen have gone quiet, and the oaks along the park road let their leaves down in slow handfuls across every lawn downwind. Simmons Landscaping and Supply mows through that stretch the way it mows through June — steady passes, trimmed corners, edges cut back where sod creeps over the concrete, litter and clippings cleared off the walk. There is a particular satisfaction in a Portage yard put right in late fall: turf short and even, the whole property squared away before the wind turns. Summer work is simpler and longer, cut and trim and edge and move on ahead of the heat. The routes run through town and out along the county roads.
