About Plymouth Lawn & Garden

There is a week in April when Plymouth turns from brown to green almost overnight, the ground still soft underfoot and the roadside ditches running full. Plymouth Lawn & Garden meets the season right there — the first cut of the year, the winter litter raked out of the corners, the edges reopened along the walks. From there it is mowing and trimming straight through the growing months, staying ahead of turf that hardly rests once it starts. A yard that gets its spring cleanup on time looks better for the next six months, which is worth being particular about. This is a lawn care business named for the town it works in, about as plain a thing as can be said.
