About Hunter Transit LLC

Long before Plymouth's morning traffic starts, this transit company is already running its own lots and access lanes clear, headlights cutting through falling snow along Michigan Road, the historic corridor that has carried travelers through Marshall County for generations. Commercial lots and loading areas get plowed first, since a truck can't back up to a dock through eight inches of unbroken snow, and the routes in and out get widened enough for full-size rigs to turn without clipping a curb. Nearby residential driveways get the same overnight treatment, cleared while the street is otherwise empty and quiet. Ice that forms on ramps and dock aprons gets salted heavily, since a loaded truck sliding on a grade is the one thing this crew works hardest to prevent. The lots sit open long before sunrise fully breaks over Marshall County, and the road out front is bare down to the asphalt.
