About Simon lawncare

Osgood grew up along its rail line the way a lot of Ripley County towns did, the old depot and a couple of grain elevators still marking the center of a town that farmland presses in close around on every side. This lawn care outfit plows the in-town driveways and the farm lanes running out from its edge, working from the depot toward the fields as the light comes up gray over the grain bins. Snow tends to pile hardest against the elevators and the windbreaks planted along the county roads, long drifts that take an extra pass or two to clear all the way down to gravel. In town, the shorter driveways clear quick, and the crew moves on to the next one before the coffee's even finished at the diner on Main. It's small, steady work, plowing a town this size, but Osgood counts on it every bit as much as a bigger place would.
