About Legend Construction & Property Maintenance LLC

Osceola sits along the old US 33 corridor, a strip of neighborhoods and small businesses that wakes up early when commuters start moving toward Elkhart before sunrise. This construction and property maintenance crew is usually out ahead of that traffic, clearing driveways and lot entrances along the highway frontage before the first commuters pull out of their garages. The St. Joseph River runs close by, low and slate-colored through the cold months, its cold air keeping frost heavy on side streets even after the highway itself is running clear. Work here moves in a set order — highway frontage first, then the residential loops behind it — timed to the rhythm of a town that's always halfway between home and somewhere else. By the time full light comes up over the river, Osceola's driveways are cleared and its commuters are already gone.
