About Metzger Landscaping & Garden Center

By May the ground around North Manchester is black and warm and everything is going at once. Metzger Landscaping & Garden Center works that rush at lawn level — mowing on a set week, running the string trimmer through the awkward corners, edging wherever turf wants to creep over the walk. A bed line cut fresh in spring holds its shape the whole summer, and that clean margin between grass and ground is half of what makes a yard look cared for. Through the hot weeks the mowing keeps its cadence across town and out into the farm country beyond it. In late fall the leaves come off, hauled away before the first hard freeze pins them down.
