About Atwood Property Services

North Liberty sits at a quiet crossroads with Potato Creek's woods just down the road, farmland running flat and open in every other direction from the edge of town. This property services crew works those in-town lots and the longer farm lanes alike, plowing driveways while creek-bottom fog still sits low in the trees south of town. Snow behaves differently out here depending on how close a property sits to that timberline — the open fields scour down to bare gravel while the lanes near the woods hold a deeper, slower-clearing snow. By the time the fog lifts off the creek, most of North Liberty's driveways are already down to gravel or blacktop, ready for the day. It's unhurried country, this corner of St. Joseph County, and the work matches the pace of the place.
