Holmes Lawn and Landscape

About Holmes Lawn and Landscape

Come April the redbuds go off like sparks along the road toward Potter's Covered Bridge, and a week later the mowing season starts in earnest. Holmes Lawn and Landscape opens the Noblesville year with spring cleanups, beds cleared, edges recut, mulch laid, then settles into weekly mowing, trimming and fertilization. Early-season grass grows faster than anyone expects and forgives nothing that gets skipped. A yard brought back cleanly in April tends to stay easy all summer, which is most of the point. There is a plain pleasure in the first cut of the year, and in the smell of it.
