About Manning Lawn Care and Property Management, LLC.

In late February, Henry County goes the color of an old nickel — flat light, soft ground, everything waiting on a signal. That is when property management shows itself, and Manning Lawn Care and Property Management, LLC. is already thinking about the addresses across New Castle that need to look tended the moment the grass moves. The work runs from regular mowing, trimming and edging to seasonal cleanups, leaf clearing, and keeping rented and vacant parcels from going shaggy between tenants. Looking after ground is mostly a matter of showing up on schedule, week after week, so nothing gets far enough ahead to become a project. Come the first warm rain in April the whole list greens up at once, and every one of them looks like somebody's home.
