T & A Home and Lawn LLC

About T & A Home and Lawn LLC

Some mornings the river fog climbs the levee and settles into the low streets, and it will not lift until the sun gets high enough to argue with it. T & A Home and Lawn LLC is already out in it, mower warm, working yards across New Albany and the towns strung along the Indiana bank. The name puts home and lawn together because here they are one thing — the grass, the clean edge beside the walk, the trimmed line under the porch rail. Mowing, edging, string trimming, cleanups when the season turns: plain work, done in order, one property at a time. By afternoon the fog is a memory and the yard looks like somebody cares about it.
