About Chad's Lawncare & Landscaping

New Albany rises out of the Ohio River and climbs steadily into the Knobs, and it's that climb where Chad's crew does its real work before the town is awake. While the river flats below hold a soft gray frost until almost noon, the hillside streets ice first and hardest, so the plow truck is already working switchbacks past Silver Street while porch lights are still on. A driveway cut clean to the asphalt, edges square, salt laid before the first car backs out — that's the standard here, and it holds whether the storm came off the river or down out of the hills. By the time New Albany's downtown stirs, the hill streets Chad's crew touched are already dry to the tire.
