Black Diamond Turf Maintenance

About Black Diamond Turf Maintenance

There is a moment just after the final pass when a lawn shows two greens at once — pale where the blades lean away, deep where they lean back. Black Diamond Turf Maintenance mows New Albany for that moment, setting patterns that hold their shape until the next storm rides up the valley out of the southwest. Turf in this stretch of Indiana lives in the transition zone, cool-season grass sweating out an Ohio Valley July, so height of cut and a keen blade matter more than anything hurried. Trimming and edging tighten the frame, and a quick blow-off takes the last of the cuttings off the concrete. Late in the afternoon, with the Silver Hills ridge throwing its shadow eastward, the bands read like something drawn on purpose — because they were.
