About Smith Family Services

North and east of Muncie the corn goes gold and the horizon gets its edge back, and lawns out that way run to the property line with nothing but sky behind them. Smith Family Services mows those wide yards and the smaller in-town ones alike — deck lines kept straight, trimmer work around posts, tanks and outbuildings, walks cleared at the end of every visit. Big open ground dries fast and burns off in August, so the cut height rises with the heat and drops again once the nights cool. Late in the year the work turns to leaves, fallen sticks and the final mow before the ground goes hard. Muncie, Eaton, Albany, Gaston and the farm roads between them.
