DG Tree Trimming and Removal

About DG Tree Trimming and Removal

The gardens at Minnetrista sit right where the White River bends through Muncie, and the old trees planted around that bend hold onto ice longer than anything else nearby, shaded by the bank and the water both. DG Tree Trimming and Removal comes through after a freeze to take down what the ice has already broken, working limb by limb along walkways that wind past the gardens toward the river. A coat of ice can turn an ordinary branch into real weight, and the crew reads which ones are still holding and which need to come down before they choose for themselves. Cut wood gets stacked and hauled clear of the paths so the gardens are walkable again once the ice lets go. Below the bank, the river keeps its own pace, brown and steady under a crust of shore ice.
