About Outdoor Solutions, Inc.

Follow White Lick Creek along the west side of town and you can read how Mooresville was laid out: sycamores leaning over the water, then the streets climbing away in easy Morgan County grades. Outdoor Solutions, Inc. works those grades, mowing and string trimming on slopes where a machine has to be steered rather than pushed, edging the walks, mulching the beds so bare ground stops washing away every time a storm comes in off the western fields. Late in the season they aerate and overseed, opening the soil so rain can get down to the roots. In November the leaves go out before the first hard freeze locks them to the turf. By dusk the trailer is loaded and a whole street sits even again, one lawn after another to the corner, and that evenness is the point.
