About Rockytop Property Maintenance

March at the Twin Branch race is loud water and bare limbs, ground half-thawed, everything waiting on a signal. Rockytop Property Maintenance spends that part of the calendar on the unglamorous half of the year — spring cleanup, winter debris raked out, sticks and matted leaves hauled off so turf can breathe again. Once the mowing starts it does not stop until frost: a weekly cut, trimmed borders, edges cut back where grass has crept over the concrete. Properties on Mishawaka's east side get looked after as whole places, not only as lawns — walks cleared of clippings, gates left the way they were found. Physical, repetitive, satisfying work, and the results sit right out front where anybody can see them.
