The Grass Krew

About The Grass Krew

Saturday morning the breakwater fills up with fishing poles, and the trucks are already rolling toward the first yard of the day. The Grass Krew moves through Michigan City as a crew — one on the mower, one on the trimmer, one walking the edger down the walk — so a property goes from shaggy to finished in a single visit. Mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups, week in and week out across the growing season. A whole block done on the same day has a rhythm you can hear from the porch. By noon the engines are quiet and the lawns look like somebody meant it.
