About De Lau Landscape Maintenance, Inc.

The South Shore train pulls off the 11th Street platform in the morning and takes half the block's cars with it, and for a few hours the neighborhoods go still. De Lau Landscape Maintenance, Inc. keeps its Michigan City routes in that stretch of the day, mowing, edging and trimming while the streets are empty and the light is even. Maintenance is a word that means showing up again and again on schedule, so the grass never gets the chance to look neglected and the cleanups never become excavations. Commuters step back off the evening train into a yard that changed while they were gone. That quiet handoff, done right week after week, is the work.
