About Avila’s lawn care LLC

Mount Baldy shifts a little further inland every year, and the wind that pushes it carries fine sand across half of Michigan City. September is when that shows up in a lawn — turf thinned along the edges, grit in the mower deck, beds needing to be cleared before the first cold night. Avila's lawn care LLC keeps yards holding their shape against all of it, with regular mowing, string trimming, clean edges, and cleanups that strip a season's litter off a property. Sandy soil forgives nothing about neglect and pays back a steady hand. In the low gold of late afternoon, a freshly cut lawn out here reads like a green room carved out of the dunes.
