ABC Lawn Care

About ABC Lawn Care

Franklin Street fills with midday light, and a block over the neighborhoods go quiet while the town is at work. That is the window ABC Lawn Care uses in Michigan City — mowing, edging along the walks and drives, trimming the corners a deck cannot reach, and carrying the clippings off so nothing sits browning at the curb. Lake air keeps the grass growing later here than it has any right to, well into the warm tail of October. A yard on a regular cut never has that shaggy week where it looks forgotten by everyone including its owner. The result is small and specific and worth the trouble: a lawn that plainly shows someone is paying attention.
