About Gcs landscaping and lawn care & snow plowing

Merrillville sits along the slow bend of Deep River, and Gcs landscaping and lawn care & snow plowing keeps to the quieter residential streets on that side of town, working the same yards in January that get mowed every June. Storms here come in off Lake Michigan by way of the Region's flat open ground, wetter and heavier than the snow counties further south tend to see. The crew clears driveways and walks the way a lawn business always has — edge to edge, corner to corner — instead of just carving a path down the middle. Cul-de-sacs near the river hold cold air longest, so those get worked early before the rest of the route opens up. By midmorning, the residential side of Merrillville along Deep River sits quiet again, driveways clear and waiting for the next commute.
