About Hawkins Lawn Care, LLC

Late spring in southern Indiana grows grass faster than anyone plans for — one warm night, one slow storm rolling up from the Ohio valley, and by Thursday the yard has gotten ahead of you. Hawkins Lawn Care, LLC works that stretch of Clark County around Memphis where the ground tilts off toward Silver Creek and the interstate hums somewhere behind the treeline. Mowing, string trimming, edging, then a blow-off of the hard surfaces: the ordinary weekly rhythm that keeps a property from getting away from its owner. The reward comes in the ten minutes after, when the stripes are still bright, the driveway is bare, and the whole lot smells like cut grass. By October the pace eases, the maples along the county roads turn, and the work becomes cleanup instead of chase.
