About Southern Indiana Boys Lawncare inc

In Mauckport the Ohio River does the deciding — it lays fog in the low ground at first light, and it sets the pace of a summer morning along the bottomland. Southern Indiana Boys Lawncare inc works those yards from the water's edge up into the Harrison County hills, mowing while the dew is still silver and the Matthew E. Welsh Bridge is just a gray line reaching toward Kentucky. There is real satisfaction in a mowing line that follows the slope instead of fighting it, in an edge cut clean along a gravel drive, in clippings hauled off so the lawn looks like nobody had to work for it. River-bottom grass comes on fast and green after a July rain, and it gets answered — trimmed around fence posts, around the mailbox, around the shade trees that lean out over the bank. By evening, when the light turns gold on the water and the cicadas wind up, the whole stretch of road reads tidy from one end to the other.
