About McGee Outdoor Solutions LLC

McGee Outdoor Solutions works the residential side of Loogootee, the streets of ranch houses and older farmhouses set back from the courthouse square, where a driveway cleared before a night shift ends matters as much as one cleared before a morning commute. Winter mornings here often arrive still and calm, without the wind that rattles the hill towns to the east, so a storm tends to build in soft rather than blow straight through. The work is steady rather than dramatic — walkways kept clear to the slab, salt laid along the shaded north sides of houses where ice holds longest, a path kept open to the mailbox and the trash cans. Property by property, the crew moves through the same streets it mowed all summer, learning which downspout freezes first and which step sits a little uneven under the ice. Loogootee doesn't need much to feel normal again after a storm — just a clear path from the porch to the car — and that's the job.
