About Cheap Cuts

By late July the corn out past Clymers is taller than a man and the heat sits on Logansport until the sun finally tips west. Cheap Cuts likes those long evening hours, when the shadows stretch across a yard and the grass cuts cool and clean instead of scorching. Mowing, string trimming and edging, done on a rhythm you can set your week by. A lawn kept on schedule never has that shaggy, catching-up look — it just stays even, week after week, right through the growing season. It is plain work, and there is pride in doing it plainly and well.
