About ZC&C Home Maintenance LLC

By late October the maples along Linton's older streets have turned loose all at once, and a lawn that was tidy on Friday is buried by Sunday afternoon. ZC&C Home Maintenance LLC works that stretch of the calendar hard — mowing while there is still growth to take, then clearing the yard down to green grass again before the ground goes cold. The rest of the year it is the same steady attention: cutting, trimming, edging, keeping a property looking like somebody is minding it. Out toward the Eel River bottoms the mornings run damp and the frost arrives early, which sets the pace as much as any calendar does. A place kept up through fall is a place that comes back easier in spring, and that is worth the extra pass.
