Notch Above Lawn Care

About Notch Above Lawn Care

Eagle Creek begins up here in Boone County as almost nothing — a swale in a field, a ditch behind a fence row — and only gathers itself on the way south. Notch Above Lawn Care reads yards the same way, in small grades and low corners, with mowing, trimming, edging, bed work, mulch and the seasonal cleanups that keep a property from getting away from anyone. At noon in July the Lebanon sun is flat and white and there is no shade to be found in the middle of a lawn, which is when the work happens anyway. Blades sharp, wheels off the soft spots, one direction this week and across it the next so the turf stands back up. The gap between mowed and finished is about ten extra minutes, and those are the ones worth taking.
