Green Acre Outdoors

About Green Acre Outdoors

Drive any county road out of Lebanon in June and the corn is knee-high, the ditches are loud, and by dusk the fireflies rise out of the fence rows like the field is thinking. Green Acre Outdoors works that seam between town lots and open country — mowing, trimming, edging, brush and overgrowth cut back, fence lines cleared, larger acreage kept under control. A half-acre in town and three acres out on a gravel road are different problems, and the mower deck knows it. Seasonal cleanups, mulch and leaf removal fill in the rest of the calendar. There is real satisfaction in a wide green sweep cut once and cut even, all the way out to the treeline.
